Georgia Court Overturns Sex Offender Law
Georgia's top court overturned a state law Wednesday that banned registered sex offenders from living within 1,000 feet
of schools, churches, and other areas where children congregate.
The law had been targeted by civil rights groups who argued it would render vast residential areas off-limits to Georgia's roughly
11,000 registered sex offenders and could backfire by encouraging offenders to stop reporting their whereabouts to authorities.

We were looking for 2 things, time control and dynamic filtering for the internet. We used Net Nanny
for a while but it was far for being efficient after few weeks we didn’t feel really safe and it was
safer not having the girl using their computers until we found something else - $49.99 right to the
trash bin.
I found then KidsWatch premium edition including time control and web filtering.
Wow, this software is so archaic that I couldn’t even authorize access to a website if the website
wasn’t on the ‘official’ list. I had to request access by email, and then manually put the site in the
white list.
