To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased, you need to contact customer service within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are requesting a return on store bought products, you need to email Customer Service to request a refund. You will be required to mail the box and CD to the address below.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund due to problem relating to the software, the Company has 30 days in which to remedy the problem before a refund will be granted. If the Company cannot fix the problem, a refund will be issued within 15 business days after receiving proof or purchase. Refund requests will only be granted through these means and only if all of the above information is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase.
